ABOUT COSTUMES & CARS

After twenty years as a professional illustrator I’m putting together a collection of some of my favorite things; a combination of my love of COMICS and things that MOVE! While doing a sketch of The Punisher, I decided he needed a tough new car, and what’s tougher than a Shelby Mustang? That got me into a humorous discussion about which kinds of vehicles various comic characters might hypothetically drive. What would the Joker drive? ...A 1974 Mustang II. Green Arrow? ...A Corvette, definitely. The idea eventually grew into this book. Technically, this collection should be called Costumes & Cars & Bikes & Beautiful Women etc... but that’s WAY too long a title. ENJOY!
